Oguz Celik

Oguz Celik is a seasoned professional in the fields of natural language processing, machine learning, software engineering, and cloud engineering, currently serving as a Senior NLP, ML, Software, and Cloud Engineer at JobTarget since June 2023. In this role, Oguz collaborates with senior leadership on strategic decisions and has designed an innovative topic model pipeline leveraging advanced technologies. Previously, Oguz contributed significantly to the transition of critical business logic for JobTarget's Programmatic product from Java to Python while managing high-volume job postings. Early career experience includes positions at Yapı Kredi Technology as a Junior Software Engineer, as well as internships and research roles that laid the groundwork in software development and automation. Oguz holds a Master of Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science from Sabanci University, complemented by international educational experiences through the Erasmus+ Exchange Programme.
