Samuel Hsin-Sheng Duan is a seasoned software engineer and data scientist with extensive experience in developing advanced analytics platforms, machine learning models, and software applications. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at JobTarget, Samuel successfully launched a React application that significantly enhanced report delivery and subscriber growth.
