Benjamin Aubertel has over 16 years of work experience in various roles. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Concepteur PAO at Imprimerie L'Ormont. Benjamin then worked as a Développeur Multimédia at Télé Vidéo Espace from 2006 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Développeur/Concepteur Web at Uzik. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Lead Web Développeur at Reborn Group Pty Ltd. From 2010 to 2017, they worked as a Responsable Développement Web and Responsable Interfaces Digitales at vente-privee. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Responsable Développements Front-Office at FDJ - Française des jeux. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Chief Product and Technology Officer - Business Unit at vente-privee devient Veepee. Lastly, from 2019 to 2022, they worked as an Engineering Manager and Head of Engineering at ManoMano. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer at JobTeaser.

Benjamin Aubertel obtained a Bac S in 2003 from Lycée in the field of Scientifiques, Science de l'ingénieur. Benjamin then attended Universite de Lorraine from 2004 to 2006, earning a DUT SRC in Communication, Multimédia, Gestion de projets. In 2006, they moved to Université Gustave Eiffel, where they earned a Licence ATC in Communication, Multimédia, Gestion de projets in 2007 and a Master in Métiers et Culture du Web in 2009. Additionally, they obtained various certifications from RBC Conseil between 2012 and 2013, including "Décider, innover et passer à l’action en équipe," "Le développement des hommes," "La Relation Manageriale," "Rôle et Positionnement du Manager," and "L’atelier de pratique managériale."
