Elena Prina has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Elena started their career as a Sales and Marketing Trainee at Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa in 2014. In 2016, they joined Sailogy as a Services Sales Specialist before being promoted to the role of Account Team Manager in 2017. As Account Team Manager, they were responsible for managing the Italian and Spanish sales team, handling customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Elena held this position until 2018 when they transitioned to the role of Digital Marketing Manager. In 2020, Elena Prina joined Jobtome as an Account Manager and later moved to Hirematic, where they currently serve in the same role.

Elena Prina has a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literature - Management & Tourism from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, which they obtained in the years 2009 to 2014. In 2012, they also received an Advanced Level of English Certificate from Kaplan International College London. Later, in 2016 to 2018, Elena pursued an Executive Master in Digital Marketing & Social Media Communication at Ninja Academy & IUSVE. In March 2014, they obtained an Ielts certification.
