Arjun Vijayanarayanan

Arjun Vijayanarayanan has a diverse work experience in the aviation and mentorship fields. Arjun is currently working as an Integrated Aircraft Engineer at Joby Aviation since June 2023. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of Adhyaapan from March 2021 onwards. Arjun is also a Member of the Board of Directors at Aviation Community Foundation since January 2021. In addition, Arjun has expertise in the aviation industry and career development as an Aviation Industry Domain Expert & Career Development Mentor at MentorKart since February 2021 and a Student Mentor at InternWell since March 2021. Arjun has also been a Mentor in the Guardian Scholars Program at Promises2Kids since January 2021. Previously, they worked as a Technical Advisor at Brahmastra Aerospace Systems from August 2020 to June 2023 and as a Mentor at Space Kidz India from October 2016 to June 2023. Arjun's experience also includes working as a Project Engineer - Aircraft Certification and System Integration at Viasat Inc. from April 2020 to April 2023. Before that, they served as a Career Development Lead & Mentor at Dweebs Global from April 2020 to March 2021.

Arjun Vijayanarayanan has a strong educational background in the field of aerospace and mechanical engineering. Arjun obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, attending from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering and another Master of Science degree in Human Factors and Systems, both from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Arjun completed their Master's degrees from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Arjun has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skill set. Arjun completed the "Understanding Economic Policymaking" course from the IE Business School on Coursera in November 2019. Furthermore, they have obtained the "AutoCAD 2015 Essential Training" certification from Lynda.com in September 2016, which they repeated three times.
