Environmental Control System Mechanical Lead at Joby Aviation

Colin Davis has a diverse work experience background. Colin started their career as a Head Sailing Instructor and Counselor at Boating in Boston from May 2011 to August 2014. Colin then interned at Textron Systems as a Mechanical Design/Test Engineer from January 2015 to June 2015. Following that, they worked as an Electric Vehicle Thermal System Engineering Co-op at Bosch from January 2016 to August 2016. Colin then joined NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a Mars 2020 Rover Motion Control System Integration and Test Engineering Co-Op from January 2017 to June 2017. Currently, they are employed at Joby Aviation as a Powertrain Mechanical Engineer starting from August 2018.

Colin Davis pursued their education at Northeastern University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2013 to 2018. Colin then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Mechatronics from 2015 to 2018.
