David Young

David Young has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years in various roles related to supply chain management and sourcing. David currently holds the position of Global Commodity Manager at Joby Aviation since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at TE Connectivity from July 2016 to November 2020. Before that, they served as a Sr Global Commodity Manager, Mechanical at Fitbit from January 2015 to July 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked at Lab126 as a Global Commodity Manager, Advanced Development Mechanical from May 2011 to January 2015, where they were responsible for project-related commercial activities for mechanical components and assemblies. David also worked at Asurion as a Senior Manager, Asia Supply Chain from April 2010 to May 2011, where they developed and executed sourcing strategies and managed supplier relationships.
