Eric Adams

Eric Adams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eric currently works as a Content Manager and Photographer at Joby Aviation, where they generate photographic and video assets for the company's eVTOL air taxis. In this role, they document progress and achievements, leads the development of in-house production capabilities, and supports media needs.

Prior to their current position, Eric worked as a freelance Writer, Editor, and Photographer. Eric contributed to various publications, including Wired, Gear Patrol, The Drive, Men's Health, and Popular Science. Their work has appeared in numerous other publications such as Fortune, Forbes, and The New York Times. Eric also provided consultation services to automotive and aerospace industry and media groups.

Eric previously served as a Senior Editor at Men's Health, where they developed, edited, and wrote departments and features for the magazine. Eric managed department development and oversaw various sections, including Couples, Men's Wealth, and technology coverage.

At Popular Science, Eric held the position of Aviation, Military & Automotive Editor, overseeing the magazine's coverage in these areas. During their time there, they initiated several enterprise projects and participated in events related to aviation and space travel.

Before that, Eric worked as a Senior Editor at Air & Space/Smithsonian, where they created stories for the magazine focusing on aviation, space exploration, and astronomy. Eric also traveled to military research facilities and represented the magazine at aviation and space-travel forums.

Earlier in their career, Eric was an Associate Editor at Billboard, where they managed the Technology & Practice section. Eric also wrote about architectural restoration, design, and historic-preservation projects.
