Eric Sprecher has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. Eric began their career as a Library Assistant at California Maritime Academy while also serving as an Engineering Watch Stander, where they demonstrated strong leadership and knowledge of marine engineering principles.

Eric then gained experience as an Engine Department Cadet at Horizon Lines, where they developed skills in steam plant operation and maintenance, as well as working within a hierarchical leadership system.
