Kendall Ronzano has a diverse range of work experience. In 2010, they founded NerdGirlHomes, where they served as the founder, builder, webmaster, and fundraiser until 2016. In 2015, they joined Dartmouth College, initially working as an Engineering Teaching Assistant and later as the California Central Coast District Enrollment Director. Their responsibilities included coordinating interviews for Dartmouth admissions, managing local volunteers, and being a representative in the Bay Area. Kendall also worked as a Bartender for Alumni Reunions and participated in various roles within Dartmouth's Varsity Rugby Team, achieving impressive rankings and championships. In 2016, they participated in the Management & Leadership Development Program at the Nelson A. Rockefeller Center for public Policy. Kendall also worked as a Design it! Build it! Engineering Camp TA and as a Cook Engineering Design Center Fellow at Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth. Kendall then interned as a Product Innovation 360 Intern at EF Education First in 2017. Kendall joined Inboard Technology Inc. in 2019 as a Mechanical Engineer and later joined Joby Aviation in 2020, taking on the role of Mechanical Engineer.

Kendall Ronzano has an extensive education history. They attended York School from 2008 to 2013, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned during this period.
