Lauren Meisenheimer

Lauren Meisenheimer is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Partner at Joby Aviation since April 2024, Lauren has previously held roles including Human Resources Manager at Holland America Line from January 2022 to March 2024, and Regional Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Director at Windsor Capital Group, Inc. from December 2017 to January 2022. Additional experience includes HR Manager/Accounting at Big Bear Vacations and Manager at Mountain Fitness Center, as well as a role as Juice Bar/Youth Exercise Director at University Fitness Center. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, where studies were pursued from 2006 to 2009, and has also completed coursework in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at the same institution from 2000 to 2003.
