Matthew Pearson has a diverse work experience. Matthew is currently working as an Autonomy Software Engineer at Joby Aviation since March 2019. Prior to this, they co-founded Stooge Labs in November 2016, where they designed and manufactured products using CNC fabrication equipment. Matthew has also worked as a Software Engineer at Catbird, a Cyxtera Business, from June 2017 to February 2019, and as a Software Engineer at Catbird from July 2013 to February 2016. In addition, Matthew has experience as a Self-Employed Indie Game Developer from March 2016 to November 2016, creating a 3D top-down simulation game using Unity Engine and C#. Matthew also worked as a Web Developer at X2Engine from July 2011 to July 2013, and as an Intern at Brandt Electronics in 2010 and 2008.
Matthew Pearson attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2006 to 2011. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics.
