Michael Rotzsche

Michael Rotzsche is a seasoned aerospace quality management professional currently serving as the Quality Manager for Joby Aviation since October 2023. Prior experience includes over 13 years at DEKRA Certification GmbH, where responsibilities involved managing international certification activities for quality management systems in the aerospace sector. Throughout a robust career, Michael has held various key roles, including Quality Engineer at Telair International, Head of Quality for the A400M program at EADS Military Air System GmbH, and Project Manager at INTEC Industrietechnik GmbH & Co. KG. Michael holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Fachhochschule München and a post-graduate degree in economics from HFH Hamburger Fern-Hochschule.
