Ryan Wilson

Ryan Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Ryan has worked as a SOX Analyst and Accounting Associate at Joby Aviation since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Accounting Assistant at the same company from 2020 to 2022.

Before joining Joby Aviation, Ryan worked as a Production Coordinator and Sales Executive at TIMES PUBLISHING GROUP INC. from 2019 to 2020. Their responsibilities included handling advertisements, liaising with clients and graphic design teams, as well as cold calling and lead generation for advertising sales.

From 2018 to 2018, Ryan worked as a Product Coordinator at Kinaroad, where they were responsible for production coordination and distribution. Ryan also had daily meetings with the CEO and production team.

In 2017, Ryan worked as a Cellar Door Sales representative at Gibbston Valley Wines. Ryan hosted winery tours, coordinated bookings, handled high-volume sales, and consistently met sales goals.

Ryan also worked at NZSki Ltd in 2017 as an Administrator, where they handled daily accounting tasks, developed training manuals, and worked directly with Trojan Holdings Ltd.

In 2016, Ryan worked as a Manager at Margaritaville, where they managed day-to-day operations, a staff of over 100 employees, and maintained customer service and food quality in a high-volume restaurant.

Prior to that, they worked as a Manager on Duty at The Glass Jar, Inc from 2015 to 2016, maintaining customer service and serving a diverse selection of wines and craft beers.

In 2014, Ryan worked as a Head Waiter at Andersens Danish Bakery & Restaurant, where they oversaw daily operations and had extensive knowledge of the menu.

From 2013 to 2014, they were a Manager at Firehouse Subs, responsible for day-to-day operations, employee training, scheduling, product inventory, and local marketing.

In 2011, Ryan worked as a Chef at Genji, LLC, focusing on the preparation of sushi and attracting new business through sampling.

Ryan Wilson obtained their Associate's Degree in Economics from Santa Barbara City College from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended San Dieguito High Academy from 2006 to 2009 and received their High School General Education Degree. Ryan has also obtained various certifications from AuditBoard, including Survey Template Configuration, Control Issue Management, Control Maintenance, Control Structure, Control Testing & Documentation, Control Views, Creating & Editing Narratives, Creating & Managing WorkStream Projects, CrossComply Owner Use Cases, Reviewing Control Data & Testing Results, SOXHUB Risk Assessments, SOXHUB with WorkStream for Owners, and System Admin Essentials. These certifications were obtained in May and June of 2023.
