Theresa Krack has a diverse work experience in various industries. Theresa started their career in 2003 as a Planetarium Assistant and Research Assistant at UWEC Physics Department. In 2005, they worked with UMN AEM Senior Design as a Team Lead for Guidance & Navigation and as a Team Member for Principle Electric Circuits Specialist and Solids/Materials Microgravity.

In 2007, they took on the role of Waterfront Director at Camp Alice Chester, where they supervised a team of lifeguards and developed activities for girls aged 8 to 18. Simultaneously, they worked as a Certification Program Coordinator and Avionics Systems Engineer at Electronic Cable Specialists (ECS), where they coordinated internal meetings, facilitated communication, and designed avionics systems for various aircraft types.

From 2007 to 2013, Theresa served as an On-Duty Manager on a part-time basis at the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center of Milwaukee. In 2009, they joined CarlisleIT - Franklin (ECS) as an Aircraft Certification Engineer and later became the Aircraft Certification Engineering Manager, leading a team of DERs and Certification Engineers.

Theresa's longest tenure was at Honeywell Aerospace, where they worked from 2013 to 2022. Theresa held several roles, including Senior Certification Engineer, Redmond STC Lead, Senior Project Manager, and Development Program Manager. Their responsibilities included managing internal and external development programs, coordinating engineering resources, leading supplier selection, and ensuring compliance with certification requirements.

Most recently, they joined Joby Aviation in 2021 as a Development Assurance Portfolio Manager.

Theresa Krack's education history is as follows:

Theresa completed their Master of Engineering in Professional Practice (MEPP) degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2012 to 2014, specializing in Engineering/Industrial Management. Prior to that, they pursued professional development and continuing education at the Milwaukee Area Technical College in 2011.

Theresa obtained a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering & Mechanics (BAEM) degree from the University of Minnesota between 2004 and 2006. Before that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics and Math from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2001 to 2004.

Theresa completed their high school education at Whitefish Bay High School and received their High School Diploma in 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Theresa has obtained various certifications. These include a Six Sigma Core Green Belt certification from Honeywell in July 2014, a Project Management and Chaos Theory (CEU) certification from the University of Minnesota College of Continuing Education in February 2013, and an Understanding the U.S./EU Aviation Safety Agreement certification from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in August 2012.

Theresa also participated in the DER Initial (Standardization) Seminar conducted by the FAA in January 2009. Prior to that, they completed the GSM On Board - Maintenance Course (A320 Family) offered by Airbus KID-Systeme in November 2008.

Theresa holds certifications in CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers from the American Red Cross, obtained in June 1999. Theresa also completed Lifeguard Training & First Aid certification from the American Red Cross in the same month and year.

Lastly, they received the Girl Scout Gold Award from the Girl Scouts of the USA in January 1999.
