Thulio Ferraz Assis

Thulio Ferraz Assis is currently a Flight Research Staff Software Engineer at Joby Aviation since August 2023, following a progressive career in software engineering. Prior roles include Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Aspect Development, where expertise in software development was honed, and a Software Engineer at SUSE, contributing to Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes projects. Thulio served as a team lead in the KubeCF incubation project and has experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer at Autotelic Development Ltd, providing Golang expertise, as well as significant roles in web development and software architecture at multiple firms. Early experience also includes contracting and music production, with notable contributions to the game industry and various music projects. Thulio holds an Associate Certificate in Applied Software Development from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
