Travis Garcia has a strong background in technical recruitment. Travis currently works as a Technical Recruiter at Joby Aviation. Prior to this, they worked at Fivetran as a Lead Technical Sourcer, where they managed multiple requisitions and developed innovative DEI sourcing strategies. Before that, Travis was a Lead Technical Sourcer at Okta, where they consistently received recognition for their performance and successfully recruited candidates at all levels.
