Yann Massol

Yann Massol began their career in 2010 as a Sales Development Representative at Club Marina. In 2012, they moved to Kanaha Kai Maui as a Store Manager. In 2013, Yann worked as a Business Developer at MPG Group of Companies and a Hedge Fund Analyst at Lyxor Asset Management. In 2015, they joined Gavekal Capital, LLC as an Equity Analyst. In 2016, Yann became the Co-Founder and CEO of JobyPepper, an on-demand workforce management software used by 500 companies and 30,000 workers every day.

Yann Massol obtained their undergraduate degree in International Business from Jules Guesde High School in 2009-2011. Yann then received a Master's Degree in Business from Burgundy School of Business - BSB in 2011-2015. In 2014-2015, they completed a Master's Degree in Finance with a Double Degree from Umeå University.
