Matt Noonan serves as the President of JOC Construction, a Full Service Commercial General Construction Company specializing in the Government Sector since October 2016. Under Matt Noonan's leadership, JOC Construction aims to enhance the construction experience through innovative and streamlined contracts and procurement methods. Prior to this role, Matt Noonan held various positions including Project Solutions Specialist - Partner at LESCO Restorations, Inc., Senior Project Manager at ARCO Design/Build, Inc., Project Manager at Centennial Contractors Enterprises Inc, and Field Engineer at Lutron Electronics Co. Additionally, Matt Noonan began a career in management and sales with roles at Pleasure Island Rentals and Charter Sports.
