Andrew Chesser has extensive experience in the horseracing industry, currently serving as the Manager of Registration Services at The Jockey Club since May 2005. In this role, Andrew directs registration activities, collaborates with the Registrar on staffing and customer complaint resolution, assists with budget management, and trains new staff. Prior to this position, Andrew worked as a Customer Service Coordinator, focusing on the digital promotion of Interactive Registration and improving internal procedures. Additionally, Andrew has held multiple leadership roles within the International Federation of Horseracing Authorities since October 2013, including Director and Secretary General. Earlier career experience includes an advertising internship at Blood-Horse Publications. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics with a minor in Business from the University of Kentucky, completed in 2006.
