Prior to this role, Carlos worked as a Commercial Property Manager at S&P Property Development from June 1995 to March 2001, where responsibilities included maintaining, managing, and developing a portfolio of retail and commercial assets exceeding $250,000. Carlos holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Trinity University, earned between 1999 and 2001, along with two Associate's degrees from Miami Dade College in Secondary Education and Teaching, and Accounting and Business/Management, completed in 1993.
