Joy Serkosky

Joy Serkosky is an accomplished merchandise manager with extensive experience in the apparel industry, currently serving as the Merchandise Manager for Men’s Underwear and Undershirts, as well as Men’s Outdoor, Active, Sleep, and Lounge Apparel at Jockey International, Inc. since July 2021. Prior roles include a decade at Fossil Group, Inc., where Joy advanced through various positions, ultimately becoming Category Strategy Manager for Traditional Watch, driving strategic direction and brand collaboration. Additional experience encompasses product management, operational oversight, and vendor negotiations at TSI Sportswear and Kohl's, with strong results in increasing sales and improving margins. Joy holds a B.A. in Merchandise Management with a Business Minor from Mount Mary University.
