Darren Praseutsinh, SHRM-CP has over 12 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Darren began their career in 2008 as a Lead Server, Food Server, and Host at Era Living. In 2014, they became a Tenant Organizer at Tenants & Neighbors. In 2016, they joined Le Pain Quotidien as an Assistant General Manager, Service Manager, and Server/Head Server. At Era Living, they coordinated several marketing events per quarter and utilized Bild sales system and CRM software to build strong relationships with prospective residents. Darren also increased reserved apartments from 75% to 85% in two months. At Joe Coffee Company, Darren is currently working as a Human Resources Representative.

Darren Praseutsinh, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Seattle University in Business/Managerial Economics, as well as an Associate of Arts (A.A.) from South Seattle College in General Studies. Darren also holds the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, obtained in February 2021, and a Food Protection Certificate from the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
