Davette Douglas

Davette Douglas, MS, currently serves as the Director of Patient Financial Services at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Davette held the position of Regional Access Manager at Cleveland Clinic from March 2021 to July 2023. Previous experience includes serving as Revenue Cycle Manager at Broward Health from October 2019 to March 2021 and holding various roles at HCA Healthcare, including Patient Access Manager, Patient Access Supervisor, and Registrar from July 2011 to October 2019. Davette earned a Master of Science degree from Florida State University between 2010 and 2012 and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida from 2006 to 2010.
