Dedy Pratama has extensive experience in the hospitality and culinary industry, holding various positions since 2008. Dedy currently works at Joe Fortes Seafood & Chop House since May 2017, serving as a Bartender, Food Runner, and Busser. Prior to this, Dedy worked at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from August 2015 to May 2017 as a Demi Chef and Commis 1. Dedy's career began at Grand Inna Kuta Beach Hotels and Resorts as a Cook trainee in December 2008, with subsequent roles at renowned establishments including Carnival Cruise Line, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, W Hotels, and Bulgari Hotels & Resorts. Dedy holds a degree in Culinary Arts Management from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bali and has completed education at Canadian College.
