Joseph Cipolla has extensive experience in retail merchandising and buying within the apparel sector. Currently serving as Senior Buyer at Joe Fresh since October 2013, Joseph previously held the position of Senior Buyer for Men's Tailored Clothing, Dress Pants, Dress Shirts, and Ties at Sears Canada Inc., where management of a $53M sales volume and a $23M profit was achieved. Joseph's earlier experience includes Lead Category Manager for Men's Apparel Merchandising & Marketing at Hudson's Bay Company, overseeing a $110M sales plan across 274 retail stores, as well as an Account Executive role at Donald J Pliner, and a Men's Collection Sales Intern position at Calvin Klein. Joseph holds an Honors Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University, completed in 1999.
