Melissa Altif

Melissa Altif has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Melissa began their career as a Senior Accountant at Herbein + Company, Inc. in 2003 and worked there until 2009. Melissa then joined Readington Farms Inc, where they held various roles including Financial Controller, Director of Finance and HR, and Vice President of Finance and HR from 2009 to 2021. In 2021, Melissa became the Chief Financial Officer at Joe Jurgielewicz & Son Ltd and continued in that position until 2023 when they moved to Culver Duck Farms, Inc. to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Melissa Altif completed their secondary education at Northern Lehigh Senior High School from 1996 to 1998. Following that, from 1998 to 2002, they attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
