Dan Lorenz

Dan Lorenz, P.E. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience as a founder and president in multiple companies. Dan currently leads Realize Your Calling, established in April 2021, which focuses on empowering ministries and communities. Since January 2012, Dan has also directed Joe Knows Energy, emphasizing safety and quality through a High Performance Program. Prior to these ventures, Dan founded and presided over Joe Dirt/Performance Site/Performance Training from 1988 to 2011, managing a full-service site development and training company. Dan's early career included roles as an estimator at Dineen Excavating and project manager at Kokosing Construction Company, contributing to the understanding of small and large business operations. Dan holds an MBA from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
