Natalie Jacobsen TSC, CSP, is an experienced client experience leader and EOS integrator at Joe Knows Energy since March 2020, where responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction and holding the leadership team accountable for goals. Prior to this role, Natalie served as a receptionist and administrative support at Dermatologists of Greater Columbus from October 2016 to March 2020, managing patient interactions and documentation. Natalie also completed a consumer lending internship at OneMain Financial in early 2018. Educationally, Natalie holds a Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Economics and Related Studies from The Ohio State University, earned in 2019.
