Marcus Bak

Marcus Bak has a diverse work experience. Marcus started their career at Zest to Life as an Assistant/runner in 2007 and worked there until 2011. Marcus then served as a Coast Lifeguard at Den Nordsjællandske Livredningstjeneste from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, they joined JOE & THE JUICE as a Bar Manager and stayed there until 2016. After that, they worked at home Bjerregaard & Co as an Ejendomsmægler trainee from 2016 to 2017. Marcus returned to JOE & THE JUICE in 2017 and held various roles including juicer, Manager, Regional Manager, SWAT, and currently as People & culture Front-end, starting from November 2021.
