Robert Lynch

Robert Lynch is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in retail operations, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at JOE & THE JUICE since May 2024. Prior to this role, Robert was with Starbucks for over two decades, where notable positions included Vice President EMEA for Retail Operations, Licensing, and Roastery. In these roles, Robert was instrumental in overseeing retail operations across 30 countries and leading teams of directors and general managers to drive growth and profitability. Robert's expertise encompasses crisis management, new market entries, and operational transformations, including the development of the Starbucks Operating System. Educationally, Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies and Business Systems from London Metropolitan University.
