Sean Christopher has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Joël Robuchon International since June 2021. Prior to this role, Sean held various positions at The Mansion at MGM Grand, including Director of Villa Service and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage from January 2011 to August 2020. Earlier in Sean’s career, notable roles included Assistant General Manager at the prestigious 3 Michelin Star Restaurant Joël Robuchon from August 2004 to January 2011, Chef de Rang at The Mansion at MGM Grand, and Captain at Gatsbys Restaurant at MGM Grand Las Vegas. Sean began in the industry as a Front/Back Waiter at Gatsbys from May 1997 to April 2001.

JRI also manages the licenses of 24 operational locations worldwide excluding a pipeline of openings in London, Monaco, Lisbon, Doha, Riyadh, Tel Aviv, Casablanca, Rabat & Marrakech.
