Diane Allie is a professional with diverse experience in account management, educational outreach, and leadership. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Joele Frank, Diane previously held the position of Account Associate and completed an internship with the firm, focusing on diversity goals and ESG initiatives. At Lafayette College, Diane was an active Campus Tour Guide and Senior Interviewer for admissions, playing a key role in engaging prospective students and families. Diane's commitment to education is further highlighted through involvement with UNCF’s Jordan Wings Scholar program and as a fellow with The Opportunity Network. Leadership roles included serving as Chapter President and Treasurer of Mu Sigma Upsilon Sorority Incorporated, where Diane advocated for multicultural representation and managed organizational budgets. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Data Science, and Film and Media Studies from Lafayette College, complemented by studies at Universidad LCI Veritas.
