Mikayla Alcorn

Mikayla Alcorn is an Account Executive at Joele Frank, having previously served as an Account Associate since September 2023. Prior experience includes an internship as a Private Equity Investor at Glosslab and Rumble, where competitive pricing analyses were created and a new training program for technicians was developed. Mikayla also worked as a Sales and Visual Associate at Brandy Melville, where coordination of visual merchandising and social media strategy were key responsibilities. Earlier in a leadership role as a Lead Counselor at Spring Lake Day Camp, Mikayla managed schedules for campers and fostered strong relationships that resulted in a high customer retention rate.
