Mary Kate Sullivan

Mary Kate Sullivan is an experienced educator currently serving as a Kindergarten Teacher at Chicago Public Schools since August 2024. With a background in childcare and special education, Mary Kate has worked as a Childcare Provider independently since February 2015 and as a Summer 2024 ESY Teacher for Niles Township District for Special Education in June and July 2024. Previous roles include serving as a Server at Joe's Brewery from July 2021 to May 2024 and as a Special Education Paraeducator at Niles Township District for Special Education from June 2021 to July 2023. Additionally, Mary Kate was a Discussion Leader at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign for a brief period in 2021. Mary Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in May 2024, and a High School Diploma from Lane Technical College Prep High School, earned in June 2020.
