Nicholas Borcia

Nicholas Borcia is a finance and information systems student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, set to graduate in May 2025. Nicholas has gained practical experience in various roles, including a recent internship at KPMG US focusing on Oracle Cloud ERP implementation, where Nicholas created risk codes and enhanced risk control identification. Previous roles include a data analytics internship at Assurant, where Nicholas led a team to propose improvements for mobile claims processes and developed PowerBI visualizations, as well as serving as a recruitment chair for the Association for Information Systems, organizing events and enhancing club engagement. Additional experience includes bartending at Joe's Brewery, where Nicholas managed customer service, and an office administration internship at Landmark Exteriors, Inc. Nicholas has built a strong foundation in both analytics and client engagement throughout diverse positions.
