Christian Farrington

Christian Farrington is an experienced hospitality professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management. Christian currently serves as the Assistant General Manager at Joes Stone Crab Restaurant, a position held since December 2021. Previous roles include Food and Beverage Manager at Mandolin Aegean Bistro and General Manager at Sherwood Bistro. With a diverse background in restaurant management, Christian has also worked as a Restaurant Manager at Goldman Properties, where the focus was on Wynwood Kitchen and Bar, and held multiple positions, including Bartender and Server Trainer, at BrickTop's Restaurant. Christian’s career began at Bonefish Grill and Romano's Macaroni Grill, showcasing extensive experience in the hospitality industry since 2006.
