Jorge Paz

Jorge Paz is an experienced security operations professional with a robust background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Security Operations at Joffe Emergency Services since February 2022, Jorge previously held positions including Security Operations Lead at Concentric, Director of Executive Protection at Universal Music Group, and Team Leader at Gavin de Becker & Associates. At GDBA, Jorge was responsible for managing direct and indirect reports and developing policies aimed at reducing costs and enhancing client satisfaction through analytics and feedback. Jorge's career also includes a decade of service in the US Navy from November 2005 to November 2015.
