DeAndre Caldwell

Dr. DeAndre W. Caldwell, DPT, ATC, Cert. MDT, TPS is the physical therapy program manager of a large hospital-based outpatient physical therapy clinic in Delaware. DeAndre is passionate about helping people recover from orthopedic injuries, back pain, and chronic pain. He desires that each person be treated with the same care and compassion he would want his mom to be treated with. He believes every pain is similar to the "check engine" light on a car, ready to be diagnosed and addressed.

DeAndre accomplishes his passion of delivering exceptional care through his dual credential in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT—McKenzie method) and therapeutic pain specialization (TPS).

He regularly lectures on topics of treating spinal pathology as well as chronic pain locally, at the collegiate level, and at national conferences. When working with patients, DeAndre draws on his eighteen years of experience working in rehabilitation, which spans working with the New York Giants, Magee Rehabilitation Hospital, and serving the Smyrna-Dover area for over twelve years. DeAndre has a message of hope that the body is extremely adaptable and there is often a chance for positive change.
