Silke Heemskerk

Silke Heemskerk is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Business Partner for Mourik since November 2018, focusing on proactive collaboration with leaders to address operational challenges and opportunities in the Zuid region. Previously, Silke held roles including Corporate Recruiter at Mourik, where responsibilities encompassed the entire recruitment process and employer branding, and Communication and Environment Manager at KUIPERS infra. Additional experience includes consulting in recruitment at Locus People, intercedent roles at Start People, and HR Assistant positions at G4S International and P&O North Sea Ferries. Silke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from NCOI University of Applied Sciences, along with various certifications in HR and VIL-VCU.
