Vincent Homburg is currently an Associate Professor at the Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences since February 2025 and a Visiting Professor at the Johan Skytte Institute of Political Studies, University of Tartu since September 2021. Previously, Vincent Homburg served as an Associate Professor at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1999 until February 2025, where responsibilities included supervision of master theses, course development, and education management in Public Management and related fields. Additionally, Vincent Homburg holds the position of Full Professor of eGovernance and Digital Public Services and has been an ERA Chair holder in the same area. Early career experience includes serving as a Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management and as a PhD student at RUG, culminating in a thesis on "The Political Economy of Information Management". Vincent Homburg earned an MSc in Public Administration from the University of Twente and a Senior University Teacher Qualification from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
