Yurii Kondratyk is currently a Project Manager and Project Assistant at the Johan Skytte Institute of Political Studies at the University of Tartu since September 2023. Prior to this role, Yurii worked as an Academic Tutor at STUDY.UA from October 2021 to September 2022, focusing on the development of Ukrainian youth, which provided a meaningful personal experience. Yurii also gained customer service skills as a Barista at Hampton Coffee Company during the Work&Travel Exchange program in the summer of 2021. Academically, Yurii holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Lviv Polytechnic National University (2017-2022) and is pursuing a Master's degree in Political Science and Government at the University of Tartu (2022-2024), with additional involvement at the Ukrainian Leadership Academy (2019-2020).
