Jennifer Thomas, M.A., is an accomplished leader in the beverage industry, currently serving as the Director of National Accounts, On-Premise at John Anthony Wine & Spirits since September 2023. Jennifer founded Rooted Connections in April 2022, providing support and resources for women leaders in the beverage sector. Previously, Jennifer held senior roles at Opici Wines and Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, achieving significant sales growth and developing strong relationships with major chain clients. With a background in managing sales teams and cultivating key account partnerships, Jennifer has consistently driven revenue increases and expanded market presence. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from California State University, Northridge.
