John Anthony Wine & Spirits

John Anthony Wine & Spirits is a high-growth company in the Napa Valley. Our portfolio includes direct-to-consumer brands that receive multiple 90+ scores, as well as 3-tier brands that top Nielsen ratings for volume growth across the country. Founder and CEO, John Anthony Truchard began his wine career in vineyard management, having worked on his family’s estate. John went on to found his signature, small-lot, estate brand John Anthony Vineyards in 2003, making ultra-premium cabernet sauvignons. These exclusive single-varietal Napa Valley wines can be acquired on allocation and at the downtown Napa John Anthony tasting lounge. JaM Cellars is a high-growth nationally-distributed California brand which includes Butter Chardonnay, Butter Cab, Butter Bubbles, JaM Cabernet, Sugar Sweet White, and Toast Sparkling. These easy-to-love wines live up to their names and over-deliver in an accessible price point. JaM Cellars wines have struck a chord with consumers. Butter Chardonnay is one of the fastest-growing Chardonnays in the U.S. ranked #2 in its price point. Find these wines at your favorite market, grocery or drug store and at JaM Cellars wine and music studio, downtown Napa. Serial Wines comes from the idea that we will be producing a series of wines from the Paso Robles region. We chose Paso Robles and surrounding micro-climates for outstanding fruit quality at approachable pricing. Here, we could make the rich, opulent wines for which we have become known, without an indulgent price tag. Weather Wines are Burgundian varietals of pinot noir and chardonnay. John sources these grapes from specific, cooler-climate Californian microclimates that provide the unique balance of the elements—sun, soil, showers and shade.
