James A. Valentine

Mr. Valentine has been employed by the company since 1986 and (most recently) in August 2021 was named the company’s Senior Technical Advisor. He became a director of the company in October 2021. He served as the company’s Senior Technical Officer from January 2018 until August 2021 and Chief Information Officer from November 2006 to January 2018. He served as the company’s Executive Vice President, Information Technology, from August 2001 to November 2006. Mr. Valentine served as Senior Vice President, Information Technology, from January 2000 to August 2001, and as Vice President of Management Information Systems from January 1995 to January 2000.

Mr. Valentine is responsible for providing guidance to management regarding the strategic direction of the company’s information technology functions that support the corporate strategy.
