Larry Jongekrijg

Larry Jongekrijg is the current Chief Financial Officer at John Ball Zoo. Larry has also previously served as the CFO at Hope Network and Spectrum Health Foundation. Larry has been in the finance industry for over 30 years, starting their career as a CPA Audit Manager at BDO USA, LLP. Larry then moved on to Herman Miller where they spent 14 years in Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Internal Audit before joining Spectrum Health Foundation in 2005. Larry has been with John Ball Zoo since 2018.

Larry Jongekrijg completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Calvin University and then went on to complete the Executive Leadership Institute at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

They are on a team with Allmon Forrester - Director of Facilities, Planning & Sustainability, Andy McIntyre - COO, and Kelli Smith - Chief Development & Engagement Officer. Larry Jongekrijg reports to Peter D'Arienzo, CEO.
