Ryan Ladner

Ryan Ladner currently serves as Vice President of Enrollment Management and Special Advisor to the Chief Operating Officer at John Brown University, overseeing all graduate and online enrollment and marketing efforts since July 2015. Previously, Ryan held several academic leadership roles at the Christian Business Faculty Association, including Dean of the Soderquist College of Business and Director of Graduate Business Programs. Ryan's academic experience includes teaching marketing courses at Palm Beach Atlantic University and Bryan College, where enrollment and online program development were also key responsibilities. Prior to the academic sector, Ryan worked as a District Sales Leader at Frito Lay, managing sales teams and significant revenue accounts. Ryan holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on marketing, an MBA in business, and a BSBA in finance.
