Thibault Lambrecht has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 2006, they completed an internship at Gefco Benelux S.A. In 2007, they interned at the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC. In 2009, they had a summer internship at MeesPierson.

From 2014 to 2014, Thibault completed an internship at the European Political Movement. In 2015, they interned at the Benelux Unie's Justice and Internal Affairs Department, where they worked on various projects and events. From 2015 to 2016, they co-founded The Political Analysis, a platform focused on providing agenda-free analysis of current affairs.

In 2016, Thibault worked as an Assistant/Intern at the European Parliament, where they contributed to policy and media monitoring and collaborated on speeches and studies. Also in 2016, they became a Project Manager at the World Education Program, responsible for handling and boosting the company's newest department in Paris.

From 2017 to 2018, Thibault worked as a Consultant at ADVERTECH, specializing in key account management, complex sales consulting, and project management.

Most recently, Thibault has been with John Cockerill, starting as a Sales Manager in 2018 and currently serving as the Vice President of Sales Marketing since November 2021.

Thibault Lambrecht's education history includes a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Geopolitics, Territory and Security from King's College London in 2014-2015. In 2019-2020, they pursued High Studies for Security and Defence, specializing in Defence and Security, at the Royal Higher Institute for Defence - Royal Institute for International Relations - Egmont. Thibault obtained a Minor Degree in Globalisation and Development from Maastricht University in 2013 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in European Studies from the same university in 2010-2013. Thibault also holds an American High School Diploma from the University of Missouri Center for Distant and Independent Study in 2009 and a French Baccalauréat in Science Economiques et Sociales from the French International High School Washington D.C in 2006-2009. Currently, Thibault is pursuing an Executive Master's degree in Management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in 2022-2023.
