Charles Williams

Charles Williams is an experienced educator with a diverse background in academic administration and teaching. Currently serving as the Interim Head of Upper School at The John Cooper School since July 2013, Charles has held multiple roles within the institution, including Associate Head of School, Head of Middle School, and Assistant Head of Middle School. Prior experience includes a position as Teacher Development Specialist at Houston ISD and as a Middle School Math Teacher at St. John's School. Additionally, Charles has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner and Operations Manager of Triple Play Baseball and professional experience as a player with the St. Louis Cardinals, where Charles was drafted in the 5th round. Educationally, Charles holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Sam Houston State University, a Master of Science in Sport Management from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Rice University.
