Radhika Kapoor

Radhika Kapoor is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people management and talent development. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at John Crane since June 2025, Radhika focuses on Early Careers and Leadership development while enhancing talent retention strategies. Previously, Radhika held various roles at Tech Mahindra from April 2020 to June 2025, culminating as a Senior Business Associate and contributing to talent acquisition and management trainee programs. Radhika also has experience at Blinkit, Wells Fargo, and Infosys, where skills were developed in operations, analytics, and systems engineering. Radhika holds a PGPM in Human Resources Management from the School of Inspired Leadership and a BTech in Electronics and Communications from AJAY KUMAR GARG ENGINEERING COLLEGE.
